I have walked through the initiations of Grief more times than I can count. I am passionate about Grief Tending and Death Tending. Grief Tending encompasses more than just the loss of a loved one through Death, any loss, of any kind will open up the gates and we begin to walk the landscape of Grief. Grief becomes a part of our human experience, and it is something to explore, navigate, integrate, and reconcile. It is not something to run from, to get rid of, or to fix. One on One Grief Tending

I believe loss is experienced in a myriad of ways; the loss of relationships, a job, health, identity, spirituality, religion, a dream, to the death of a loved one. We don't judge grief by what was lost, we traverse grief when it enters our lives. If you are needing more personalized, one on one support, I am here for you.
