The Grief Tree Sound Journey Meditation
Before we begin, take a few minutes to prepare your space.
Find a place where you feel physically safe and where you won’t be interrupted for about thirty minutes.
Silence your phone if you can.
Let the people around you know you’ll be unavailable.
Have a journal nearby and a pen. You may want something to drink, water, tea, whatever feels good for you.
Settle your body in a way that feels supported. You might sit upright with your feet on the floor, or rest back against something solid. You don’t need to be perfectly still. You just need to feel held enough to stay present.
This is an invitation to step gently into the landscape of your grief, at your own pace. There is nothing to fix here. Nothing to force. Only a willingness to notice where you are.
In a moment, I’ll guide you inward.
