Sacred Sorrow: A Shamanic Sound Grief Ceremony

Grief was never meant to be traversed and carried in isolation. 

Let's gather in community to bear witness and be witnessed in a safe and sacred way.  The days of loneliness in our grieving can come to an end if we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and open with others who may also be suffering.  No loss is too small or too big, as every loss has its own power to open the doorway to our grief.  

This is not only a time to acknowledge, feel, and express our personal grief but also to give voice in a sacred way to the collective pain we have inherited from our ancestors and the collective grief of the world.
